At Techbrot, Inc., we are dedicated to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. Our services include HP printer sales, endpoint security through our MSP services, and IT solutions. While we stand by our commitment to quality, the following refund policy applies to our products and services. Please review it carefully.

Refund Eligibility and Schedule

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • HP Printers: Refunds for HP printers purchased from Techbrot, Inc. are subject to HP's official return policy. For returns within the window, please contact HP customer support directly to verify eligibility. Restocking fees, product condition, and shipping details may apply.
  • Endpoint Security (MSSP/MSP Services): We offer a full refund for any endpoint security services (including Malwarebytes and other related products) within 30 days from the service activation date. After this period, no refund will be issued. We do not offer refunds for services that have already been used or partially used.
  • One-Time Setup Fees: There will be no refunds for one-time setup services and initial plan charges, as these fees cover our time and resources dedicated to getting you set up. These fees are non-refundable and not subject to chargeback requests.
Important Considerations
  • No Refunds for Chargebacks: Techbrot, Inc. will not process any refunds for payments disputed directly with a bank or credit card issuer. If a chargeback is initiated, the customer will be responsible for any associated costs and may lose access to the purchased products or services.
  • Non-Returnable Services: Some services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
    • Consulting services
    • One-time setup services
    • Customized technical support and solution implementation
    • Training services
  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds for services are contingent upon full non-utilization of services and a request within the applicable refund period. Services that have been provided and consumed are not eligible for a refund.
How to Claim Your Refund

To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact our customer support team to explain the issue or dissatisfaction.
  • Provide any supporting information, such as order numbers, communication records, and proof of the issue.
  • Refund requests for endpoint security services must be made within 30 days of activation. After 30 days, no refund is possible.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, and you will receive confirmation via email upon approval.
Revision Policy

In cases where service dissatisfaction is due to incomplete or incorrect implementation, Techbrot, Inc. will make reasonable revisions to resolve the issue. However, significant changes to the scope of services requested after the delivery of the initial service may incur additional charges.

Post-Refund Terms
  • Loss of Rights: Upon approval of a refund, you forfeit all rights to the delivered work, including designs, software, and intellectual property. You are not authorized to use, display, or claim ownership of any content once a refund has been processed.
  • Customer Agreement: By initiating a refund request, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy. You agree not to initiate any chargebacks with financial institutions, as these requests are not covered by our refund policy.

We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services or products.
