By accessing or using our services, including the sales of HP printers, endpoint protection services, IT helpdesk support, and related offerings, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our services, as they govern your rights and obligations with respect to our services and products.
General Service Agreement
Techbrot, Inc. is a certified HP Partner, offering a range of HP products including printers, supplies, and related solutions. In addition, we provide endpoint security services through our partnerships with leading cybersecurity providers, including Malwarebytes and future partnerships with ESET. We offer comprehensive IT helpdesk services to ensure your IT systems remain secure and efficiently managed. All services are provided online and are available to clients worldwide.
Quality Assurance Commitment
At Techbrot, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products and services. We ensure that all HP products meet or exceed the standards set by HP and that our IT support services are reliable, effective, and tailored to your specific needs. Our approach emphasizes clear communication, customer collaboration, and continual feedback to ensure complete satisfaction with each project.
Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our products and services with a money-back guarantee under specific conditions:
- If initial products or services are unsatisfactory: You may request a full refund if the initial product or service does not meet your expectations.
- After requesting revisions or services rendered: Once revisions are requested or services have been rendered, the money-back guarantee is void, though refund requests may still be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Inaction within 60 days: Refund requests are no longer valid if no communication or action is taken within 60 days from the last interaction.
If a refund is processed, you forfeit all rights to the products or services delivered and agree not to use or distribute any refunded materials.
Delivery and Deadlines
Techbrot, Inc. guarantees the initial delivery of products or services within 48-72 hours of order confirmation. Any specific project timelines or product deliveries will be clearly communicated at the start of each transaction. Full payment is required at the time of order placement to initiate the process.
Color and File Format Standards
For custom services, such as design work, we adhere to industry-standard color models and file formats, including .AI, .JPEG, .PDF, and .TIFF. Requests for changes to file formats after a project has begun may incur additional charges.
Unlimited Revisions Policy
We offer unlimited revisions within reasonable limits to ensure satisfaction with the final product or service. Revisions typically take 48 hours per request. Excessive revisions beyond the scope of the original project may result in additional charges.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, Techbrot, Inc. transfers ownership of all delivered products and services to the client. Any intellectual property or materials provided by the client remain their property. We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Project Cancellation Policy
Techbrot, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reject any project under the following circumstances:
- Violation of Terms: Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in immediate termination of the project.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: If we are unable to complete the project due to external factors beyond our control, we will cancel the project and issue a full refund.
- Illegal Content: Orders promoting illegal content or associated with defamatory, harmful, or pornographic material will be immediately canceled without refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available only under the conditions outlined in the Money-Back Guarantee section. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after eligibility is confirmed. Refunds for services purchased using promotional discounts may be subject to deductions equivalent to the original discount amount.
Chargebacks and Disputes
By purchasing products or services from Techbrot, Inc., you agree not to initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve any issues. If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, and Techbrot, Inc. suffers financial loss, we reserve the right to take legal action to recover the funds and associated costs, including legal fees, time spent on issue resolution, and any bank charges incurred.
We will vigorously defend any chargeback claims and may pursue legal action to recover the lost funds and damages. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that initiating a chargeback without valid cause may result in legal and financial repercussions, including court cases and reimbursement of all associated costs.

Limitation of Liability
Techbrot, Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products. We are also not responsible for missed deadlines caused by unapproved changes, delays in client feedback, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Middletown, Delaware.
Changes to Terms
Techbrot, Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
